Philip R. Reitinger is the President and CEO of the Global Cyber Alliance. GCA is an international nonprofit organization that focuses on making the Internet secure and trustworthy for everyone. GCA builds practical, measurable cybersecurity solutions and tools that are easy to use. Mr. Reitinger has served as a Deputy Under Secretary at USDHS, the first Executive Director of USDoD’s Cyber Crime Center, Deputy Chief of the Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section at USDoJ, Sony’s Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer, and Chief Trustworthy Infrastructure Strategist at Microsoft. Mr. Reitinger was awarded the Secretary of Homeland Security’s Distinguished Service Medal in June 2011 and the Attorney General’s John Marshall Award in July 1999.
