Nicolas Frizon de Lamotte is President of the Société des membres de la Légion d’honneur (SMLH – Swiss Section).
A former senior United Nations official, he served successively at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the United Nations Department for Development and Management Support (DDSMS), the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA), the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis as advisor, international relations to the President of the University. He has also been CEO and manager of several companies in France.
Last but not least, Nicolas Frizon de Lamotte is advisor to several NGOs and Vice-President of Mémoires, the association for Franco-Swiss friendship and remembrance.
