Khristine leads the Institute’s Human Resources function by developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the Institute’s strategy. She oversees all staff-related matters and leads the handling and transformation of the Institute’s culture, policies and processes.
She was in charge of the HR function of EMEA and international headquarters of international companies in Geneva, Switzerland. She gained HR experience from the sectors of tax services, business aviation, interactive entertainment and engineering.
Khristine holds a BSc in Business Economics, with a specialization in team building and management from the Haute école de gestion de Genève (HEG-Genève, HES-SO Genève).
