Adam Cooper

Adam Cooper is the Director of Digital Conflict at the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD). He oversees a global programme of work on cyber operations, disinformation on social media, and AI in military systems. He is also host of The Mediator’s Studio podcast. He’s worked at HD for over a decade, prior to which he served in a range of political and humanitarian missions in Asia. He has degrees from Oxford University and the Harvard Kennedy School.
