A Cyberspace at Peace for Everyone, Everywhere.

The CyberPeace Institute

Cyberspace is present in all aspects of our lives. It allows us to connect, work, learn, do business, travel, create communities, and obtain essential services such as healthcare, or access to food and water. It also ensures that we have the information and resources to understand and exercise our fundamental rights. Cyberspace is human, and achieving human security, dignity and equity in the digital world is key to building cyberpeace – the core mission of the CyberPeace Institute.

People

We assist vulnerable populations and support victims of large scale cyberattacks. We tell powerful real-life stories about those who are impacted by cyber operations, and those who defend them. We connect with, and speak for those who have no voice, whoever and wherever they are.

Evidence

We analyse and document the impact of attacks on human life and how they violate the rule of law. We expose the facts to advance discussions with governments, industry and civil society. We make sure that all actors recognize their responsibilities and are held accountable for their actions.

Cyberpeace

At the heart of International Geneva, in Switzerland, we mobilize a global and diverse community to forecast future threats and decrease the harms of escalating cyber conflict. We work collaboratively to ensure that human security, human dignity and equity are protected in cyberspace.

Have you been a victim of a cyberattack? Do you need help?

All connected, all involved

The Internet is not only a network of machines. It is also a network of billions of human beings, connecting and sharing knowledge, each one with rights to security, dignity and equity. It is our mission to protect those rights. You can help us to achieve it – we are more powerful together!
