December 02, 2019

The CyberPeace Institute is excited to announce its attendance to the informal intersessional consultative meeting of the Open-Ended Working Group on developments in the field of information and telecommunications in the context of international security (OEWG), taking place from 02 to 04 December 2019 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.

In occasion to this event, the CyberPeace Institute is proud of presenting its first position paper called "Closing the accountability gap: A proposal for an evidence-led accountability framework". These sessions are a chance for the CyberPeace Institute to drive global attention back to the impact of cyberthreats on civilians in order to avoid them from being turned into vulnerable targets.
